The Wines: A White and Two Reds
La Chablisienne Les Vénérables Chablis is old-vine Chardonnay from Chablis in northern Burgundy. Green apple, hazelnut and herbs meet floral notes and a subtle richness from lees ageing, with bright, mineral acidity.
Zenato Ripassa is a Valpolicella Superiore made by the ripasso method, refermented on Amarone skins for extra depth. Sour cherry, plum and sweet spice meet dark chocolate, full-bodied with fresh acidity.
Luigi Bosca Malbec from Mendoza brings black plum, fig and cinnamon with floral and earthy notes, full-bodied with soft tannins.

Serving Tips: Maximizing the Experience
Serve the Chablis chilled at 10 to 12°C. The Ripassa and the Malbec show best at 16 to 18°C, after about 30 minutes in a decanter.
