You also have the flexibility to schedule future delivery dates to suit your needs.

We deliver from 9am to 9pm EST from Monday to Friday except for public holidays. 

Large corporate orders can also be delivered on the weekends and during business hours. 

For your safety, we do not deliver any order in less than one hour from the time it was placed.

We'll send you a confirmation email when your order is placed, another email when your order is shipped, and a notification email once your order has been delivered.

We never include an invoice with the orders. Instead, invoices are emailed directly to the address provided during the order process.

Invoices can also be downloaded from the order status page or your account page.

If the recipient is not available to accept the order at the time of delivery, we might leave it with a trusted neighbor or with the concierge of the building, if available.

In case the delivery isn't successful on the first attempt, a second delivery will be coordinated free of charge to the same address. Further attempts or address changes are subject to additional delivery charges.

It's important to emphasize that gifts containing alcoholic beverages can only be delivered to individuals who are at least 19 years old.
