Refund policy

Customers have the option to return any product procured via the Vyno.ca website, excluding gift cards and food items, under specific conditions. A refund equating to the original purchase price (exclusive of delivery charges, if any) shall be facilitated, given the following criteria are met:

(i) The returned product is in a saleable state and not perishable, inclusive of gift baskets and gift sets procured under Regular or Specialty Customer Sale. 

(ii) The product is accompanied by the original receipt.

(iii) The product is returned within a span of 90 days post purchase.

The refund will be processed in the original mode of payment. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable, and the customer bears the return shipping cost. We also extend a pick-up service for returned goods, subject to additional charges.

Product returns necessitate an initial request via email from the customer. Customers are obliged to display or send a copy of a valid, government-issued photo ID to verify their identity. Failure to provide this information will result in the return process being nullified.

Receiptless returns will not qualify for a refund.

Please note that gift cards and charitable donations are deemed as final sales and are exempt from refunds.

Due to hygiene and safety considerations, we do not accept returns or exchanges of any food products, except in cases specifically agreed upon by our Customer Support team. Should a return be authorized, the product must be sent back in its original condition and packaging, along with a valid proof of purchase.

By making a purchase through Vyno.ca, the customer hereby acknowledges and agrees to abide by the terms set forth in this refund policy.
