Terms and Conditions: Delivery Options

Section 1: Delivery Areas and Timeframes

- Vyno extends its delivery services for alcoholic gifts to all postal codes within Ontario and select local Ontario wines nationwide. Non-alcoholic products are entitled to shipping across North America.
- Same-day shipping services are available exclusively to Toronto and select cities within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
- We facilitate 1-day delivery in Toronto and most cities within Ontario.
- Delivery to all other postal codes within Canada may necessitate a duration of 2 to 5 business days.

Section 2: Age Verification for Alcoholic Beverages

- Pursuant to the law, sale and delivery of alcoholic beverages are permitted only to individuals aged 19 years and above. By placing an order for alcoholic beverages, you confirm that both you and the recipient of the delivery are at least 19 years of age and possess the legal capacity to receive alcoholic beverages.
- The recipient is mandated to present valid identification evidence asserting their age at the time of order receipt.

Section 3: Availability

- The final availability of your order are contingent upon the pricing and availability as determined by the LCBO and local wineries. In the event of any necessary adjustments or modifications to your order, we shall notify you prior to the scheduled delivery.

Section 4: Canada-Wide Shipping

- Products designated "CANADA-WIDE SHIPPING" qualify for shipping across all Canadian provinces, excluding Newfoundland & Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Yukon, and Quebec.
- Certain items may be shipped directly from wineries.

Please acknowledge that these terms and conditions are subject to change. By placing an order, you signify your agreement to comply with the terms and conditions as elucidated above.

Section 5: Unsuccessful Deliveries

In instances where the recipient is unavailable to accept the delivery, Vyno, at its sole discretion, may opt to leave the order with a neighboring party or with the building's concierge, given they are available and willing to accept the parcel.

Section 6: Additional Delivery Attempts

Deliveries in the city of Toronto

In the event that the initial delivery attempt within the city of Toronto is unsuccessful, Vyno will undertake one (1) subsequent delivery attempt to the same address at no additional charge. Any subsequent attempts or changes to the delivery address will incur additional fees.

Deliveries Outside Toronto

For deliveries outside the municipal boundaries of Toronto, any subsequent delivery attempts following an initial unsuccessful delivery will be subject to additional delivery and return fees if applicable.

Section 7: Age Restriction on Alcoholic Deliveries

It is a mandatory requirement that any delivery containing alcoholic beverages can only be received by individuals aged 19 or older. Proof of age may be required upon delivery.
