The Soleras method is a delicate process through which distillates are mixed as they get older. This dynamic ageing system allows the brandy to age in a balanced and homogeneous way. Layered aromas of caramel, toffee, orange peel and hazelnut; full and dry with resonating flavours on the palate and a long lingering finish.
