100% Pinot Noir from Burgundy, France. 750 mL, 12.5% ABV, extra dry (2 g/L residual sugar). The LCBO describes the current release as showing the classic character of the Burgundian style: mushroom, red berry and almond aromas on a subtle but complex nose, with an extra-dry, medium-bodied palate that replays the earth and berry notes.
Serving
Serve lightly cooled at 14–16 °C in a Burgundy glass. No decanting needed. Pairs naturally with roast chicken, salmon, mushroom dishes and soft cheeses.
