What does the Cuvée Rosé Champagne taste like?
The Cuvée Rosé Champagne leaves crispy aromas of red fruits on the palate, including black cherries, red currants, raspberries, morello cherries, strawberries, and Pinot Noir.
The champagne is made with 100% Pinot Noir from 10 different villages ranging from the North and the South areas of the Montagne de Reims. The popular village of Bouzy also contributes to the production of Pinot Noir grapes.
Pinot Noir grapes production
Before going into the vats, Pinot grapes are carefully sorted and de-stemmed from selected plots. The grapes are stored from forty-eight to seventy-two hours depending on different techniques of harvesting.
The champagne is created with a winemaking technique called maceration, in which the fruit is softened by soaking. The maceration technique helps to extract the perfect color and allow the champagne to develop unequalled aromas to create complexity of flavors.
Best Foods to pair with Cuvée Rosé Champagne
The rich aroma makes it an ideal pair with exotic dishes, marinated raw fish, smoked salmon, Parma ham, grilled prawns, and some red fruit desserts. The champagne also pairs well with Asian or Indian cuisine and gives a exquisite dining experience.
