Emiliana Coyam Organic Red Blend
Named for the oak forests in Colchagua, this wine is mostly Syrah and Carmenère but can include up to seven other varietals such as Cabernet, Mourvèdre and Petit Verdot. It's elegant and refined, with floral notes, cassis, chocolate, mint and nutmeg. Pair with lamb chops and mushrooms.
Cherry red in color with raspberry rims of medium layer. In this vintage the wine displays a complex range of aromas ranging from fruits such as blueberries, black cherries, blackberries and figs to floral notes of lavender and violet and spicy hints of sweet tobacco, cedar and liquorice. On the palate it is juicy, pleasant and with a creamy texture.
