The Kautz family, owners and operators of Ironstone, began farming in Lodi in 1926 and have been making wine there for four generations. This fruit-forward Merlot spends two months in new French oak, adding a subtle vanilla layer to spicy dark fruit. Always a favourite with Vintages customers, it'll pair nicely with short ribs or a hearty lasagna.
